Brenda Unsworth and Cliff Smith marry
Brenda was the past organiser of the Sunday afternoon walks for many years and a member of the committee. Since renewing her teenage friendship with Cliff, who emigrated to Australia, she has been "wintering" in Australia for the last 3 or so years. They finally decided to get married and after this winter in Australia they will return to live in Thornton. They were married on 29th September, Brenda's birthday, at Christ Church, Thornton. We send congratulations and best wishes for their continuing happiness together.
