We enjoy a variety of activities which cater for all members of our group, from those who are still active walkers to those who now enjoy life at a more relaxed pace. Below are details of the activities we have planned for this year. In our 'Archives' section you will find photographs of some of the activities.

Wednesday, 3rd December 2008
The meeting will be held at 7.30pm at Kirkham Cricket Club and
will be followed by a slide shoe given by our Chairman, Garry Alderson.
This
year we are looking for new people to join the committee, either to fulfil a
specific role or just to broaden the expertise within the club. The
specific positions are as follows:
Vice Chairman - cover for the chairman in his/her absence.
Secretary - issues the agenda and minutes for our committee meetings, deals
with the mostly trivial correspondence from the RA, and is the public contact
with the club.
Social Secretary - a couple of Christmas lunches to organise,
and perhaps a slide show and social. Anything else is a bonus.
Mailing
Secretary - folds 350 programmes and stuffs envelopes three times a year.
