| Comments: | 28 walkers set off along the Canal towards Garstang, leaving at the aqueduct to descend to the river & proceeding along the lane to pass the ruins of Greenhalgh Castle before striking out across fields to cross the railway & motorway to Bailton’s farm. Turning left via a stile it was then over more stiles through several fields with horses & foals & a small wood until we reached Parkhead Farm where we re-crossed the M6 & railway to return to Garstang & our starting point. | ||
