| Comments: | Thirty-four of us met at the Boar's Head wondering what the weather would be like today. We were lucky, again. It was fine and warm until we returned then it poured! Two walkers did a shorter version of the walk. The walk was pleasant, through fields, along tracks, along the canal towpath and along a path full of nettles! (they seem to have shot up with all the wet weather recently) There were views of the Bowland Fells and the peacefulness of the canal bank was only broken by our chatter. | ||

Now, what will the weather be like today?

Out of the woods!

Everything is looking really green and lush with all the recent rain

It might be cloude but there are some really good views

I wonder if he has caught his lunch yet?

The sun pops out for a time
